I Purpose

This internal mixer (Granular machine and granulator) fits for plastic sheets, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene and chemical fibers, such as granulating plastic film, green house film, cake box, foaming cloth, net and woven thread.

II Characteristics

Make use of shearing speed of rotary knife and stationary knife which are specially designed to crush plastics which then will be melted by high temperature brought by friction and cut into granules by knife, crushing and granulation can be finished at one time.
High mixing speed and high efficiency, without breaking chemical molecule structure, no aging, no color changing, no water.
Granules can satisfy requirement of extruder as ideal equipment for waste plastics and chemical fibers.
